A comedy by Matthew Lombardo

Directed by Jerry Miller

Based on a real event, Looped takes place in the summer of 1965, when an inebriated Tallulah Bankhead needed eight hours to redub – or loop – one line of dialogue for her last movie, Die, Die, My Darling.. Playwright Matthew Lombardo’s riveting play is as funny as it gets in theatre! His script features a cascade of Tallulah Bankhead’s PG-rated zingers, R-rated retorts and X-rated anecdotes. The play is bawdy and hysterically Looped and deliciously inappropriate.
